A member addressing the House has to resume his seat when any other member has interposed in the course of the debate to raise a point of order , or to offer a personal explanation with the permission of the Chair . जब कोई सदस्य सदन में बोल रहा हो और कोई अन्य सदस्य वाद विवाद के दौरान पीठासीन अधिकारी की अनुमति से औचित्य का प्रश्न उठाने के लिए या वैयक्तिक स्पष्टीकरण के लिए खड़ा हो जाये तो भाषण करने वाले सदस्य को अपना स्थान ग्रहण कर लेना चाहिए .
